Identiverse 2024
There’s a lot up for debate in the IAM industry—but one thing we can all agree on is that Identiverse is the one time of year we can all get together to knowledge share and exchange best practices.
This year we’ll be there as Diamond Sponsors at Booth #2401—be sure to stop by for the latest release of our Identity Analytics t-shirt and learn more about our new AI capabilities. Interested in 20% off the conference pass? Contact us below for the discount code.
Our calendar is filling up, you can pre-book a time to meet with our team to learn about our new AI capabilities, product roadmap, and how we’re changing the way identity is done at some of the world’s largest organizations.

Eye on Identity: Observing the Unseen with Data and AI
Data is foundational to artificial intelligence—but how does that translate to identity?
Today’s enterprise has unprecedented levels of rich identity data across multiple parallel sources. Accessing real-time, data driven insights can become a central component to a systematic governance and risk management strategy, which leads to a more robust cybersecurity posture. More data leads to more predictive power in machine learning algorithms, but only if the underlying data is clean.
This year introduces the rise of Identity Observability—the ability to assess data quality in terms of timeliness, completeness, distribution, schema, and lineage. This session will highlight the role of identity data, observability, and AI to uncover patterns, anomalies, and outliers, and will offer a path to radically improve decision-making and support your Identity-first security strategy.
- Date: Wednesday, May 29
- Time: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM

SPEAKING SESSION
Did you pick up on the fact we love to talk about identity? Everyone does conferences differently so if booth visits, meetings, or masterclasses aren’t your thing we’ll also be hosting a couple of speaking sessions and a masterclass you won’t want to miss.
From Complexity to Clarity: AdventHealth’s Journey to Modern Identity Management
- When: Wednesday, May 29 | 10:30 AM – 10:55 AM
- Where: Joshua 3
- Who:
- David Moosavifazel, Director of Identity & Domain Services at AdventHealth
- Andrew Pagels, Manager of Identity Management at AdventHealth
AdventHealth is a healthcare system that operates in nine states across the U.S., with nearly 100,000 employees, 74,000 non-employees and non-employed providers, and 55+ locations. Like many healthcare systems, they faced a lot of complexity in their infrastructure, and aging legacy environments, resulting in dual logins, frustrated employees, and a roadblock to acquisition-driven growth. They had a goal of modernizing their IAM infrastructure, but quickly realized they needed a new approach to thinking about identity data management—including both person and non-person identities. In this session, they will explain how they are replacing Novell’s eDirectory with modern directory services, and how they plan to build an identity data foundation to enable their IGA solution and help democratize their IAM platform.
How to Transform Rubber Stamp Access Reviews into a Powerful Security Operation with AI
Artificial Intelligence promises to enhance business processes delivering more value in less time. Radiant Logic has evolved the historically ineffective access reviews into an AI guided process. AIDA, the Artificial Intelligence Data Assistant, finally provides the reviewer with the insights and context needed to make comprehensive and accurate decisions that result in a measurably stronger security posture.
Join the Radiant Logic Identity Analytics team for a live demonstration of AIDA and witness the future of AI-driven Identity Management.

- When: Thursday, May 30 | 2:35 PM – 3:00 PM
- Where: Mariposa 5
- Who: Megan Fotter, Distinguished Engineer at The Home Depot
In a technology environment with unimaginable complexity, rapid change, and crushing technology debt, how do you modernize while delivering the best possible user experience? In this session, The Home Depot will share their approach to modernization in a hybrid runtime ecosystem that includes legacy data centers, multiple clouds, and retail footprints. The directory and data layers are the foundation for The Home Depot’s modernization effort, and this technical session will explore core directory use cases, challenges, and conceptual architecture.
