Heather MacKenzie leads Radiant’s analyst and communications efforts, and believes Radiant has the power to radically change IAM. Prior to Radiant, Heather spent seven years working in higher education, both in the U.S. and internationally, and loves bringing the learner’s mindset to her days at Radiant. She’s a graduate of U.C. San Diego and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
